Workshop Refund and Cancellation Policy
Registration Substitutes are allowed.
Refund and Cancellation Policies apply to all customers and members for all reasons and circumstances.
All cancellation notices, requests for refund or registration substitutes must be made in writing by sending an e-mail to CustomerService@EfordGroup.com.
Workshop Registration fees are eligible for a 90% refund if written notice is received 10 or more business days prior to the first day of attendance. No refund is available if written notice is received 9 or fewer business days prior to the first day of attendance.
Workshop Substitutions: The Registered Participant must notify us within 24 hours prior to the start of the first day of attendance. The substituted party must bring a copy of the Registered Participants E-Mail Confirmation Page to the workshop or they will not be allowed entry.
If we must reschedule the workshop (due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or an disaster), you will be placed in the next available workshop. If we cancel a workshop and it is not rescheduled, we will refund you 100% plus any Service Fees paid.
Business Days are defined as weekdays (Monday through Friday).
